Third to fifth grade teachers are eligible to order Shine On! In-A-Box to use in their classrooms to teach students socio-emotional skills.

 

The lessons are divided into three modules: 

1. Shine True, Strong You (Character Strengths) 

2. BeYOUtiful (Media / Marketing Literacy) 

3. Communication Skills

 

There are nine interactive lessons, each taking around 30- 45 minutes. The materials for the lessons are all included in the box. 

 

Each lesson is aligned to several common core standards, socio-emotional standards and 21st century skills.
